Bethany is Shining Bright on Field Day 2024!
Field day is a fun and exciting event that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and healthy competition among students. Field Day shirts have arrived, sent home with students on Oct 31st and Nov 1st.
Field Day Is NOW Nov 11th, 2024 (Date has been changed)
Bethany Elementary is excited to host two sessions and needs 20 volunteers for each session. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of your child's favorite day of the school year!
Feel free to sign up for both sessions! Please arrive at the designated time so Coach Schmidt can provide instructions for each station. We can't wait to see you there!

One of our favorite PTA traditions is our monthly Bethany Staff Snack Cart! Throughout the school year, we love showing our appreciation by surprising our incredible staff with snacks and treats. If you're able to help, we'd be so grateful! You can support this tradition by:
- Shopping our Amazon Wishlist to donate snacks.
- Signing up to volunteer and help us deliver the Snack Cart each month.
Volunteering
All parents who want to volunteer or attend classroom parties, special daytime school events (like the Book Fair) must submit a new background check for this school year. The volunteer application/background check can be completed at plano.voly.org.
