What is the Glow Run?
Bethany Elementary PTA has combined once a year fundraising with a fun event, the Glow Run.
From 09/01 thru 09/30 students can ask friends and family to support their school by donating through their personal fundraising pages.
Then, on December 4th, we’ll celebrate together at the Glow Run! Students are encouraged to wear bright colors and glowing accessories as they run, laugh, and cheer under the lights.
This event supports our school while promoting fun, fitness, and community.

Cost: Free! All students are invited to join.
Run with us on a lighted track and enjoy a night filled with energy, color, and community spirit!

Volunteers, bring your glow, it's time for the Bethany Glow Run.
High Schoolers: We would Love to have your help from 5:45-7pm to bring the hype, on the course!
All adult volunteers must have a completed background check in Voly.
Wear your brightest clothes and light up accessories.
We can't wait to see the Kids GLOW! Your presence will make the difference!

How do I fundraise?
We’ve made it simple! Families can create a quick and unique FREE fundraising page on GiveButter to start collecting donations.
Go to https://givebutter.com/BethanyPTA.
Click on "Become a Fundraiser" to create a custom page for your student. Make sure to join your grade level team!

- First profile – use your email address as normal, ie. example@gmail.com
- Second profile – add "+1" before the @ symbol, ie. example+1@gmail.com
- Third profile – add "+2" before the @ symbol, ie. example+2@gmail.com
Once a fundraising page is created share with friends and family.
Cash and Check donations can be made offline and counted towards a students fundraising page. Contact president@bethanypta.org
What do we do with the money?
Money raised from the Glow Run goes directly to Staff and Student support.
PTA Fundraising pays for things like:
- Entertainment at School Assemblies
- Red Ribbon Week Assembly
- Staff Holiday Meals
- Donuts with Grownups Events
- Field Day
- Library / Counselor Events (ex. Guest Authors)
- 5th Grade Party
- Class Parties
- Fun Yearly PTA events
What Incentives are there?

The PTA will deliver a coffee, soda, or smoothie to grade level teachers. |

The PTA will host a Popcorn/Book or Pizza Party for the whole grade! |
