The Book Fair is back and in person! Come join us in the Bethany Library to shop and support our school. It’s been so long and we’re happy to see everyone again!

Bethany PTA Yard Sign

Show support for your Student(s), Bethany Elementary and our school PTA by purchasing and displaying this sign in your yard or local place of business.  A portion of each purchase will go to support PTA programs and events as we together strengthen our school.

This is a pre-order for the yard sign, delivery will be made to the school in time for Trunk or Treat and you can pickup your sign at that event.

PTA General Membership Meeting

The first official PTA General Membership Meeting will take place Wednesday, August 11th at 8:30 virtually on Zoom.

Drop your kids off for the 1st day, get them settled in their classroom and then login to our General Membership Meeting via Zoom to kickoff the year.

Back-to-Bethany Grade Level Meetings

As school begins, each grade level will have specific meetings where teachers can share important information about your child's daily schedule and a variety of other topics. In order to accommodate parents, these meetings will be available via Zoom (links to follow from each grade level) at the times listed below.

Thursday, August 12th
> Fourth Grade 6:00 p.m.
> Kindergarten 6:30 p.m.

Monday, August 16th
> Third Grade 6:00 p.m.
> Fifth Grade 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 17th
> Second Grade 6:00 p.m.
> First Grade 6:30 p.m

Meet the Teacher

This is an opportunity to visit your child’s new classroom, drop off school supplies, and meet the teacher.

Students are much more comfortable coming to the first day of school when they know who their teacher will be and the location of their classroom.

Stop by campus on Tuesday, August 10th -- 8:00 – 9:00am

Volunteers on Campus

Bethany Elementary is thrilled to welcome parents back into the campus this year, both for parent lunches and volunteer opportunities!

Volunteers provide an incredible support for teachers and enhance the educational experience for all our
students. Be it for a couple of hours throughout the school year or as part of the PTA executive board, your
involvement in the school is strongly encouraged and welcomed! Please take a few moments and register to volunteer at Bethany by going to plano.voly.org and completing the online registration.
