The Bethany Book Club is sponsored by Mrs. Chavez, the librarian at Bethany.
The purpose of Book Club is to share a love of reading and engage in thoughtful discussions with fellow book lovers. Members will select books, explore a variety of genres, participate in discussions and DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) time, and recommend books to others. Students are expected to come prepared, participate respectfully, and challenge themselves as readers. At the end of the semester, each member will complete a creative book project, such as recording a podcast, acting out a scene, creating a social media profile for a character, or designing a diorama of a book setting.
Please register by 6pm on Thursday, September 17th
