Dear Bethany Families,

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, a heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff and community for your continued support, dedication, and energy! We are so thankful and full of gratitude for all you do.

Please buy your tickets and join us for an evening of fun, games, food, and community spirit at the Bethany Carnival on May 2! It’s going to be an evening of fun — we hope to see you there!

Mark your calendars — our last PTA general membership meeting of the year will be held on May 21 from 6–7 PM via Zoom (Link Here). We’d love to have your voice as we wrap up an incredible school year.

We’re still filling key roles on our 2025–2026 PTA Board! Open positions include Programs, Hospitality, and Volunteers. Bethany Carnival

Join us on May 2nd from 6:00–7:30 PM in the Bethany parking lot for our annual carnival! Your ticket includes popcorn, pizza, water, and more. Enjoy an exciting evening filled with an obstacle course, carnival games, rock climbing wall, balloon animals, and delicious treats.

Plus, the Donut NV food truck and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will be on-site with additional goodies available for purchase. Don’t miss out on the fun!

Volunteers Needed

We’re gearing up for our Annual Carnival on Friday, May 2nd from 6:00–7:30 PM in the Bethany parking lot, and we need your help to make it a success! This fun-filled evening is a highlight for our students, and we can’t do it without our amazing volunteers.

We're looking for help with:
🎯 Running games
🍿 Overseeing food stations
🛠️ Setup and cleanup

Literacy Night K-2

Donuts with Grownups

Join us for the final Donuts with Grown-Ups event of the school year on Thursday, May 8 at 7:00 AM in the gym. Enjoy breakfast and meaningful time with your child, alongside other families in the Bethany community. All parents, guardians, and parental figures are welcome.

Please be sure to sign up ahead of time so staff and volunteers can plan accordingly. Menu quantities are limited per person—thank you for your understanding.

Teacher Appreciation Week Lunch

Can you believe it’s already time for the last staff lunch of the school year?

To kick off Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week, the Bethany PTA/Hospitality team is treating our amazing staff to a delicious fajita lunch on Monday, May 5th—and we need your help to make it extra special!

If you're able, please consider donating one of the needed items or volunteering to help us set up. Every little bit goes a long way in showing our appreciation.

Donations can be dropped off at the front office by 10:00 AM on Monday, May 5th.

Each month, we’ve had the pleasure of showing our appreciation to the amazing teachers and staff at Bethany through our snack cart. It’s a small way to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

Right now, our snack supply is running low, and we need your help to keep this tradition going! We are accepting donations of:

Chips
Candy
Soda
Breakfast bars
Cookies

Donations can be dropped off at the front office at any time—just let them know they’re for the PTA Snack Cart.
