Last Stretch: Welcome Spring & Our 2025-2026 PTA Board Members!

Dear Bethany Families,

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, we are filled with gratitude for all the support our amazing community has shown. It’s hard to believe that we’re in the last 9 weeks of school, and we are excited for the events and milestones ahead!

We are also in the process of recruiting for open PTA Board positions for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for individuals to support Programs and Volunteers. If you're interested in contributing to the success of our school and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out to me at president@bethanypta.org for more information.

As always, we encourage all families to volunteer, whether it’s a little or a lot. Every bit of help makes a significant impact on our students and teachers. It’s a great way to get involved, meet other families, and be part of something special at Bethany.

Save the date! The Bethany Carnival will take place on May 2. More details will follow soon, but we hope to see you there for a fun-filled day of games, food, and community spirit!

Thank you for all that you do, and let’s continue working together to make these last few weeks memorable!

Warm regards,
Anu Shekar
President, Bethany Elementary PTA

I will be giving a brief presentation on ways to support your child’s emotional development at home, including strategies for regulating emotions, calming down, and setting appropriate limits.

Following the presentation, families can visit "make and take" stations to create practical calm-down tools to use at home with their children. We look forward to seeing you there!

Help Stock the PTA Snack Cart

Each month, we’ve had the pleasure of showing our appreciation to the amazing teachers and staff at Bethany through our snack cart. It’s a small way to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

Right now, our snack supply is running low, and we need your help to keep this tradition going! We are accepting donations of:

  • Chips
  • Candy
  • Soda
  • Breakfast bars
  • Cookies

Donations can be dropped off at the front office at any time—just let them know they’re for the PTA Snack Cart.

Thank you for your support in helping us show our gratitude to the incredible Bethany staff!
