Hello Bethany families!
Thank you so much for all your hard work fundraising for our annual Glow Run — we reached our goal! To celebrate, students have earned Crazy Hair Day on December 11th and Hat Day on December 12th. They also earned a popsicle party, which we’ll plan for when the weather warms up.

We have lots of exciting things happening soon, so please take a moment to read the newsletter below for all the details. Thank you again for your incredible support!

Donuts with Grownups!

Donuts with Grown-Ups is coming up on Thursday, December 11th!
Join us for a festive holiday Donuts with Grown-Ups event at 7:00 AM in the gym. Enjoy breakfast and quality time with your child, along with other families in the Bethany community. All parents, guardians, and parental figures are welcome!

Please make sure to sign up ahead of time so our staff and volunteers can prepare. Menu quantities will be limited per person—thank you for your understanding!

Wrap Party!

Each year, we host a Wrap Party to support our amazing Bethany Elementary staff by helping wrap their holiday gifts. Our goal is to lighten their load so they can relax and enjoy the season with their families.

We’re collecting donations to make this event possible—wrapping paper, bows, tape, gift tags, boxes, ribbon, and more! Please drop off all donations at the front desk by December 17th.

We also need volunteers on December 17th from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Come anytime and stay as long as you’d like—no commitment required!

$5 Gift Card Collection

We are collecting $5 gift cards for our Bethany staff! On the last day before Winter Break, we love surprising them with a festive gift card tree.

To make this tradition possible, we are asking for $5 gift cards to places like Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Sonic, Bath & Body Works, Target, and more.

If you are able to donate, please drop off gift cards at the front desk before December 19th.

Musical Minds Session 2

🎵 Musical Minds – Session 2 Registration Now Open! 🎵

Session 2 of our Musical Minds after-school program is now open for registration! Students will learn the basics of playing piano and reading music in a fun, supportive environment.

Dates: January 14 – March 4

Schedule: Every Wednesday, 3:00–4:00 PM

Location: PTA Room

Cost: $240 per student (8-week session)

Have a friend register and email us to confirm — it’s a great way to share the joy of music and treat yourself!
